In this role, you will be the face of our brand, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. You will work with diverse clients ranging from residential homeowners to commercial contractors, offering expert advice on our specialized coating and waterproofing products. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-ups within the B2B and B2C segments.
- Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to present professional solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts in accordance with company pricing policies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales pitches and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction with our waterproofing and coating applications.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the construction, building materials, or coating industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for client meetings in the Johor region.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a busy schedule independently.
- A proactive hunter mindset with a strong desire to earn high commissions.
