Tanggung Jawab
- Drive B2B sales growth for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Mental Wellbeing Services.
- Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and meetings with potential HR managers and business owners.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline to ensure consistent conversion.
- Present EAP solutions, benefits, and pricing structures to prospective clients effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the corporate sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and attend industry networking events.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage client accounts and ensure high satisfaction levels during the onboarding process.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the HR, wellness, or corporate services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote (WFH) environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with the confidence to handle objections.
- Basic understanding of CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
- Relevant bachelorβs degree or professional sales certification is preferred.
