- Drive B2B sales growth for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services
- Identify and prospect new clients across diverse industries in Jakarta Raya
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Present and demonstrate EAP solutions to key decision-makers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Track sales metrics and provide regular performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EAP, healthcare, or wellness
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Deep understanding of mental health and wellbeing services
- Results-oriented with demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets
