Tanggung Jawab
- Drive direct sales of Bnetfit WiFi products through field-based customer acquisition
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in residential/commercial sectors
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical consultations
- Analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with team to share best practices and achieve collective goals
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM documentation
- Participate in product training and sales workshops
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent
- 1+ years of direct sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with proven sales track record
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Basic knowledge of networking/WiFi technologies beneficial
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia with customer-focused mindset
