As a Sales Executive (Yoga Membership), you will leverage your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to connect with potential members, present our offerings, and close deals. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach potential customers to promote and sell premium yoga membership packages.
- Conduct consultations with prospective members to understand their needs and recommend suitable membership plans.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of all membership options, pricing, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs to drive revenue growth.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline through CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events and outreach activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high member satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in membership or services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Passion for yoga, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or sales is a bonus.
