Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new customers in the roaming sector.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and messaging campaigns to generate and qualify leads.
- Identify and assess potential clients' needs to provide appropriate roaming solutions.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts and optimize campaigns.
- Document sales activities, track customer interactions, and report progress to management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in sales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and exceed performance goals.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM software is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Malay (Bahasa Malaysia) is advantageous.
