Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the food packaging sector and related industries.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular follow-ups.
- Present product demonstrations and technical proposals to potential customers to close deals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driving license and own transport are highly preferred for client visits.
