Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive client engagement
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Present product features and benefits to potential customers
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales strategies
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and test drive arrangements
- Complete sales documentation and maintain CRM records
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- S Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (automotive industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Self-motivated with results-driven mindset
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
