Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in assigned accounts
- Conduct regular client visits to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of doctors and medical institutions within the Batangas area
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence through proactive lead generation
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with service offerings
- Maintain accurate client records and sales data in CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic services and medical laboratory operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Batangas province
- Highly motivated with demonstrated achievement of sales targets
