Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B sales or freight forwarding (2+ years preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Results-oriented mindset with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management (advantageous)
