Tanggung Jawab
- Generate new sales leads and manage a portfolio of clients through direct selling and relationship management.
- Promote and sell ACOM's financial products, such as personal loans and credit facilities, to potential customers.
- Conduct product presentations and handle customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Accurately record customer information and transaction details in the company database.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a college graduate (Bachelor's Degree in any field).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or finance is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
- Familiarity with sales software or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Must be available to work on shifting schedules if required.
