Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and research new international markets and potential clients to drive export revenue.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with overseas distributors and key accounts.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms of delivery in compliance with international trade laws.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and shipping departments to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
- Analyze export sales data and market trends to recommend strategic improvements.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs and virtual exhibitions.
- Manage the entire export sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in export sales, international business development, or a similar role.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for communicating with global partners.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, export documentation, and international logistics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and trade shows.
