Join Transsion as a Sales Fintech Manager and spearhead the digital transformation of financial services across Indonesia's booming mobile ecosystem. This pivotal role requires you to drive strategic growth and execution of fintech initiatives for our flagship brandsâTecno, Infinix, and Itelâacross the archipelago. You'll develop innovative sales strategies that integrate cutting-edge fintech solutions (mobile payments, digital wallets, and lending platforms) with our hardware products, creating seamless value propositions for millions of users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customer-centric financial products while ensuring regulatory compliance and market competitiveness. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive fintech sales strategies for Transsion's brand portfolio in Indonesia
- Lead sales teams to achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets for fintech products and services
- Establish strategic partnerships with financial institutions, mobile network operators, and digital payment platforms
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging fintech trends and competitive opportunities
- Drive adoption of integrated fintech solutions through B2B/B2C sales channels and distribution networks
- Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize conversion strategies through data-driven insights
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of sales management experience in fintech, telecommunications, or consumer electronics
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Indonesia's digital economy
- Fluency in Mandarin (native or professional proficiency) and English
- Deep understanding of Indonesian fintech ecosystem, regulations, and consumer behavior
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and market research
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing high-performing sales teams
