As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the hospitality sector. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets within the assigned territory.
- Actively prospect and onboard new Horeca clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering services.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct professional product presentations and tastings to demonstrate the value of our food service offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Prepare regular sales reports and feedback to management regarding performance and market insights.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or Business is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the Food & Beverage or Horeca industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A) and own a personal vehicle for fieldwork.
- In-depth knowledge of the Denpasar and broader Bali market geography and potential clientele.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
