Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Execute sales order processing accurately and timely to meet client requirements.
- Monitor the delivery and receipt of products to ensure customer satisfaction from order to fulfillment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for after-sales support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Identify opportunities to increase order volume and expand product reach within the existing account base.
- Collaborate with internal logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
- Prepare regular sales activity reports and account status updates for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or trade marketing, preferably in the food/F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of sales administration, order management, and distribution processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM or ERP software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to travel or conduct field visits as required by the business.
