Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential customers within the Rimbo Bujang area for financing services.
- Educate clients on our BPKB motorcycle-backed loan products and benefits.
- Conduct direct sales activities, including door-to-door visits and field networking.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to application submission.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by building strong rapport and trust with prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and productivity targets.
- Provide regular reporting on field activities and market insights to the branch supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in field sales or marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive personality.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Deep understanding of the local geography and business landscape in Rimbo Bujang.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based environment.
