Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive market research and outreach
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies
- Conduct regular store visits to build relationships with retail partners and customers

- Present product offerings and promotional campaigns to retail store owners and managers

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel extensively across Serang and Banten regions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills preferred
- Knowledge of local retail markets and distribution channels
