Agro Boga Utama is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Force (Hunter) to join our dynamic team at our Head Office in Jakarta. As a key member of our sales department, you will be the face of our company in the field, tasked with identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

We are looking for a relentless 'hunter' who thrives on exceeding targets and building long-lasting client relationships. If you are passionate about the food and beverage industry and have a proven track record of acquiring new customers, we want to hear from you. You will play a critical role in expanding our market share by successfully managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing the deal.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities (New Opening Outlets/NOO).
  • Re-engage dormant customers who have not transacted with the company for an extended period.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales process from initial contact to successful negotiation and contract closing.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales orders and status reports for management.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product knowledge and market trends to effectively address client needs.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Hunter, ideally in the FMCG or Food/Beverage industry.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently in the field with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools for sales tracking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for mobility within Jakarta.
