Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell IndiHome broadband and telecommunications services to potential customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of IndiHome services
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and activity summaries
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective goals
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous sales experience in telecommunications or related industry is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales software
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
