- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue growth in the heavy equipment sector.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective KPIs.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the construction and infrastructure industries.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and new business opportunities.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective resource allocation.
- Negotiate complex contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and product development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, specifically within the heavy machinery, construction equipment, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Jakarta and broader Indonesian construction market.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
