As a Sales General Trade (GT) professional, you will be at the forefront of our sales strategy, responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management, market expansion initiatives, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the retail sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and develop relationships with General Trade accounts in Jakarta and Central Java
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and growth areas
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless product availability and delivery
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management
- Train and educate trade partners on product features and benefits
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of industry developments
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in General Trade sales, preferably in FMCG or retail industry
- Strong understanding of Jakarta and Central Java market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
