Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell Hajj packages through direct client engagement and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Develop tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs for Hajj services
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales processes and client satisfaction
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in travel or religious services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Strong understanding of Hajj procedures and cultural sensitivities
- Goal-oriented mindset with ability to work independently and in teams
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English skills are advantageous
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and digital sales tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
