Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and convert new clients for Hajj pilgrimage packages through targeted outreach
- Provide detailed information on Hajj services, requirements, and itineraries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the booking process
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic client engagement
- Coordinate with travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems
- Stay updated on Hajj regulations, travel policies, and market trends
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in travel or religious tourism
- Deep understanding of Hajj requirements and cultural sensitivities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools
