Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients for Hajj and Umrah packages.
- Present travel packages and services to potential customers through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide detailed information regarding visa processing, flight schedules, and accommodation.
- Assist clients in document preparation and submission for government approval.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth travel experience for pilgrims.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, or a strong High School Diploma with relevant experience.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the travel, tourism, or Hajj/Umrah industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid ID card (KTP) and driving license (SIM) is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
