We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Haji Officer to join our team in Karawang, West Java. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to assist pilgrims in their spiritual journey to the Holy Land. You will be responsible for promoting our comprehensive Hajj packages, addressing customer inquiries, and guiding potential clients through the booking process. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
As a key member of the Private Advertiser sales team, you will leverage your communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients in the Karawang area.
- Present and sell Hajj packages, Umrah packages, and related travel services to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Manage customer leads and follow up effectively to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of travel documents and necessary Hajj requirements.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding flight schedules, visa processing, and accommodation.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless travel arrangements for clients.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism or consumer products industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Basic understanding of Hajj and Umrah procedures is an advantage.
- Valid ID Card (KTP) and driving license (SIM) are preferred.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Karawang, West Java.
- High integrity and professional work ethic.
