Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Hajj packages targeting Indonesian pilgrims
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized consultation and follow-up
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends in religious tourism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless package delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review
- Organize promotional events and workshops to educate potential pilgrims about Hajj requirements
- Comply with all religious regulations and ethical standards in sales practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in travel or religious services
- Deep understanding of Hajj rituals, procedures, and cultural sensitivities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and digital sales platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
- Relevant certification in tourism or religious studies is highly desirable
