Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive information about Hajj packages, itineraries, and requirements to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales targets for Hajj packages in the Kota Gowa area
- Assist clients with the documentation and preparation process for the Hajj pilgrimage
- Stay updated on the latest Hajj regulations, procedures, and travel requirements
- Coordinate with partners and service providers to ensure a seamless pilgrimage experience
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and track performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Strong knowledge of Hajj pilgrimage procedures and requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous sales experience, preferably in travel or religious services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping others
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs
