Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and businesses in the Bojonegoro area interested in Hajj and Umrah packages.
- Present and promote Hajj packages to individuals and families, highlighting benefits and itinerary details.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding visa processing, flight schedules, accommodation, and hotel arrangements.
- Assist clients in completing all necessary documentation and administrative requirements accurately and on time.
- Follow up with leads and potential clients to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Collaborate with the Hajj operations team to ensure client needs are met from the booking phase to departure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively prospecting and networking within the community.
Kualifikasi
- Maximum High School Graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
- Willingness to travel within the Bojonegoro region to meet clients.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Passion for the Hajj pilgrimage and a willingness to undergo relevant training.
