Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the Hajj pilgrimage sector
- Promote and sell comprehensive Hajj packages to potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets in the assigned Gading Serpong territory
- Provide expert consultation on Hajj procedures, documentation, and travel logistics
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth customer journey experiences
- Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in travel or religious services
- Deep understanding of Hajj pilgrimage requirements and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
