Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell comprehensive Hajj packages to potential clients in Madiun
- Provide detailed guidance on pilgrimage requirements, itineraries, and services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain client documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure service excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (travel/hajj industry preferred)
- Deep understanding of Hajj procedures and Islamic practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong customer service orientation
- Target-driven with problem-solving abilities
