- Develop and execute sales strategies for Hajj packages in the Makassar region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective pilgrim clients
- Provide detailed consultation on Hajj requirements, packages, and travel logistics
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client journey from inquiry to pilgrimage
- Stay updated on Hajj regulations, policies, and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in travel or religious services
- Deep understanding of Islamic pilgrimage practices and Hajj requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools
- Residing in or willingness to relocate to Makassar
