Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve monthly sales targets for hand and power tools products
- Provide detailed technical product demonstrations and support to customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospects
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics for management
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer product inquiries
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in sales or technical support roles
- Strong knowledge of hand and power tools applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
