- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for market expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify competitive advantages
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales with at least 3-5 years in leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the consumer goods industry and market trends
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop effective sales plans
- Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM systems
- Experience in team building and talent development
