Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Indonesian market.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and product distribution strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and adapt quickly.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
