Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve annual and quarterly sales volume targets.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives, providing regular performance coaching and feedback.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the Bandung area.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional sales processes and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential corporate clients.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies, ethical standards, and brand guidelines.
- Manage the showroom display and inventory presentation to optimize customer engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales leadership, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data tracking and CRM software.
- Deep understanding of the automotive market dynamics in West Java (Bandung area).
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
