- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize product offerings and user experience.
- Manage key strategic partnerships with fintech providers and technology vendors.
- Drive the adoption and utilization of the company's e-wallet solutions among customers.
- Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Kualifikasi
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales, specifically within the E-Commerce or Financial Services sectors.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives and teams.
- Strong understanding of Fintech, E-wallet, and digital payment systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
- Experience in P&L management and budgeting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
