Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share in the Bandung region.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team, ensuring individual and team performance metrics are consistently met.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular performance analysis to senior management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key corporate clients and partners.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the product knowledge and sales techniques of the team.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation to conversion and post-sales support.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Deep understanding of the insurance landscape in Indonesia, specifically in the Bandung market.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
