Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share in the Bandung region.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team, ensuring individual and team performance metrics are consistently met.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular performance analysis to senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key corporate clients and partners.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the product knowledge and sales techniques of the team.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation to conversion and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of the insurance landscape in Indonesia, specifically in the Bandung market.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
