Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through trust and excellent service.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine effective sales strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- No prior sales experience required; comprehensive paid training will be provided.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
