Are you a passionate sales professional with a drive for field-based business development? PT Snova Rasa Prima is currently seeking a dedicated Sales Horeca to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the face of our premium ice cream brand, specifically tasked with identifying, capturing, and nurturing new business opportunities within the school and educational institution sector.
As a Sales Horeca specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our market penetration strategy. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with canteen operators, school administrations, and vendors to ensure our products are the top choice for students and faculty alike. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new potential outlets within educational institutions (schools, universities, and training centers).
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with canteen owners and procurement managers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets for our ice cream product lines.
- Execute effective product display and promotional activities to ensure high brand visibility in school outlets.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends within the assigned territory.
- Manage daily sales reporting, route planning, and feedback collection from customers to the management team.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and management of inventory levels at the customer level.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG, Horeca, or food and beverage industry.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle in good condition.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field and manage a daily route effectively.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and target-oriented personality.
- Familiarity with the Jakarta Pusat area and its educational landscape is highly preferred.
