Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through market research and cold outreach
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in interior design/architecture firms
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase premium interior solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for new customer acquisition
- Track sales metrics using CRM systems and provide regular performance reports
- Stay updated on interior design trends and competitor offerings to position our products effectively
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or retail hunting roles
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with track record of exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of interior products, materials, and design principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating in team environments
- Valid driver's license with willingness for local client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
