Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting comprehensive market research to identify potential leads in the cold chain and logistics sector.
- Executing door-to-door canvassing activities to introduce our services to new clients.
- Presenting and demonstrating cold chain solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiating sales terms and closing deals to meet monthly targets.
- Building and nurturing a strong network of new business relationships.
- Preparing accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the logistics, transport, or cold chain industry.
- Proven track record of prospecting and acquiring new customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is a strong advantage.
