You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical consultations to industrial clients. The position requires proactive market analysis, strategic planning, and collaboration with technical teams to deliver customized solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in JABODETABEK region
- Identify and prospect new industrial clients across manufacturing, oil & gas, and processing sectors
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and contracts aligned with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with technical team to provide comprehensive product support and solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial sales or technical sales role
- Strong knowledge of industrial products and flow technology solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across JABODETABEK area
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
