Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, process, and analyze sales data from various channels to provide accurate and real-time sales information for management.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports, dashboards, and forecasting models to track performance against targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Streamline data collection processes to improve efficiency and reduce reporting errors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales analysis, data reporting, or a similar analytical role within the FMCG or retail industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
