- Develop and execute comprehensive sales/marketing strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to unit purchase closure
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain ongoing client relationships
- Handle administrative documentation for property purchases and sales transactions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and property launches
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular progress reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Real Estate (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in real estate sales or property-related customer service
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales administration tools
- Deep understanding of Banten property market dynamics
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
