Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partner clients in the Semarang/Klaten region
- Present and sell Manulife's insurance products aligned with client needs
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing bank partner customers to ensure satisfaction
- Complete mandatory online/offline training before joining assigned bank branches
- Utilize company-provided tools (laptop) for sales operations and reporting
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead conversion strategies
- Collaborate with bank partners to identify cross-selling opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/Sederajat) or equivalent
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred (financial services background advantageous)
- Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales achievement
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with local dialect knowledge
- Willingness to work in Semarang and Klaten areas
- Integrity and commitment to ethical sales practices
