Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell Manulife insurance products through partner bank branches
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and staff
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Conduct product training for bank partners
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Target-driven with proven sales achievements
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license (required for client visits)
