Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or commercial analytics
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and performance metrics
- Exceptional problem-solving and data interpretation skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
