Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, client presentations, and contract closing.
- Develop innovative interior design concepts, floor plans, and 3D visualizations that meet client requirements.
- Conduct site surveys and provide accurate material take-offs and project quotations.
- Manage project workflows, ensuring seamless communication between clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and adherence to design specifications.
- Handle project documentation, including variation orders, progress billing, and final project handover.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and building regulations in Singapore.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven track record in interior design sales or relevant experience in the renovation industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or V-Ray.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple residential or commercial projects concurrently.
- Strong understanding of renovation materials, finishes, and building codes.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working effectively under minimal supervision.
