Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with potential clients to understand their interior design needs, preferences, and budget requirements
- Develop creative design proposals and presentations that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion
- Conduct site visits and measurements to accurately scope project requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations to provide informed recommendations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring profitable margins for the firm
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design sales or client-facing design roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential or commercial interior design projects
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Creative problem-solving abilities and keen eye for design aesthetics
- Valid Singapore driving license is advantageous but not mandatory
