We are looking for a talented and motivated Sales & Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at Private Advertiser (operating as MH Design & Build). As a Sales & Interior Designer, you will be responsible for engaging with clients from initial consultation through project completion. You will listen to their needs, propose creative design concepts, and guide them through the sales process while ensuring their vision is realized within budget and timeline.

Tanggung Jawab
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and space plans.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including 3D renderings and material selections.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat and referral business.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio (2+ years preferred).
- Sales experience, preferably in the design or construction industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Malaysia is a plus.
- Self-motivated, creative, and customer-focused.
